Refund Policy for Cancelled Courses

A student will receive a full tuition refund if a course is cancelled by the college.This does not include the non-refundable fees (i.e. registration, technology, activity, etc)

Tuition Refund

Tuition is refunded from the date of instruction begins as follows.
Before instruction begins 100%
1 to 14 calendar days 80%
15 to 21 calendar days 60%
22 to 28 calendar days 40%
29 to 35 calendar days 20%
After 35 calendar days Non-refundable

Student Housing and Meal Plan Refund

Student Housing and Meal Plans are refunded from the date of check-in as follows.

1 to 5 calendar days 100%
6 to 14 calendar days 80%
15 to 21 calendar days . 60%
After 21 calendar days Non-refundable
